HARRINGTON FUNDRAISER WAS A SOLD OUT SUCCESS – FOCUSES ON REFORMING SHERIFF’S DEPT
Orange County — September 21 — Sheriff candidate Dave Harrington’s campaign is pleased to announce the success of his fundraiser this week at the Winery, Tustin. The event sold out due to overwhelming support for his candidacy.
Guests included numerous prominent elected and former elected officials as well as leaders from the law enforcement community. Irvine Mayor Don Wagner, honored co-host, stressed the need for a change at the Sheriff’s Department, which has been tainted by recent scandals.
Lieutenant Bob Wren, former chief of Police Services for Yorba Linda praised Harrington’s candidacy, “The Orange County Sheriff’s Department is in dire need of new leadership. Dave Harrington is one of the County’s most well respected leaders both in local government as Aliso Viejo Mayor and as an expert in law enforcement.” He continued adding, “Dave is the candidate that can turn the Department around. He has my full support.”
